The applicants are required to provide the following information and application documents:

1. Personal information including full name, date and place of birth, country of citizenship, and contact details.

2. A copy of a valid passport (for non-EU applicants, the passport should be valid for at least 12 months upon arrival in France)*.

*Applicants with multiple nationalities should choose at the application stage under which nationality they apply.

Applicants to the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees program are required to provide valid proof of residence, which is essential for eligibility determination. It is the applicant's responsibility to understand and adhere to the specific proof of residence requirements of the program, including the submission of appropriate and verifiable documents within the given deadlines. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in application rejection or revocation of admission and scholarship.

3. A photo taken within the last 12 months (ID format)

4. CV in English (Europass format is recommended)

5. A motivation letter in English of a maximum of 600 words describing the applicant’s academic and professional interest in the GREENANO programme, research and career goals and aspirations.

6. A certified copy of a High school diploma (or equivalent) with the transcript of records.

7. A certified copy of a Bachelor’s degree diploma (or equivalent) and the transcript of records.

8. The English Proficiency Certificate*.

*The English test results must not be older than 2 years at the time of the application.

*Applicants from countries where English is a de jure official language are exempted from the requirement to prove their English proficiency. However, the English proficiency of applicants pre-selected for interviews during the selection procedure will be assessed by the Admission Committee. Instead of the official Language text, please submit the confirmation of English as the Medium of Instruction for your Bachelor's studies.

9. Two recommendation letters with the contact information of referees (free format).

10. An official document issued within 12 months before the application deadline proving the applicant’s place of residence.

11. OPTIONAL.Official documents proving academic and professional accomplishments (employment certificates/participation in summer schools, conferences etc. relevant to the GREENANO topic/internships certificates etc.)

12. OPTIONAL. Entrepreneurial Achievements: evidence of entrepreneurial activities such as startup incubators, pitch competitions, or entrepreneurial training programs.

13. GREENANO programme will provide support to enrolled students with disabilities to ensure their inclusion into the academic process if it requires the acquisition of special items or services (e.g. assistance by third persons, an adaptation of work environment, additional travel/transportation costs). The support will be provided upon a student’s request describing the special items/services required and their estimated cost, and a disability condition certification issued by a competent medical authority.
