If that is not available, they may submit an official certificate from their home university. This document must include the candidate's English proficiency level and be stamped and signed by a relevant authority (e.g., dean or language department).

A: Please be informed that applicants selected for enrollment are required to provide valid proof of residence, which is essential for eligibility determination.

The valid proof of residence must include an applicant's full name; precise address (including street name, city, and country) and a date of issuance, which should be within 12 months before the application deadline.
